We ship via Fedex. Bedding and Artwork ship separately and incur separate shipping and handling charges
International Orders
At this time AlliTaylorBedding.com does not ship internationally.
Custom / Personalized Orders
Custom orders are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned.
Return Policy
Requests for exchanges or returns must be received via e-mail within 30 days of receipt of your package. Artwork, fabric, and personalized items, can not be returned.
We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resellable condition and that have received a RMA (return authorization number). Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, or used and/or with torn/missing packaging will not be refunded. You will have 14 days upon receipt of the RMA to send it back. We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee once the return has been received. All Sale Items are not returnable.
Shipping costs are not refundable; if you received a promotion for free shipping, returns will still incur the actual shipping costs we incurred to originally ship it to you and will be deducted from the total on your return. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
All Returns must have a pre-approved RMA number on package or it will be treated as an unauthorized return. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return back to you.
